Set your timer on your phone to go off every 20-minutes while you\u2019re working. When it\u00a0 beeps, force yourself to get up and move around. Walk to the bathroom, do 20-air squats, or switch positions you\u2019re working in.<\/p>\n
This is the only way to keep the joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles attached to your spine happy throughout the workday. With regular practice, you’ll notice quite a bit of back pain relief.<\/p>\n
Also, attempt to get more motion in your hips. Many times, the hips are the site of the first problem. They become tight and restricted due to a lack of motion. Then, when you attempt to move or bend over, instead of your hips motioning like they should, they get stuck. This causes your low-back to work harder than it was designed to do. If this persists, eventually back pain is inevitable as you wear out your low-back.<\/p>\n
Motioning your hips can help to restore the lack of movement.
