Who do you trust?

Who do you trust?

Are you struggling with who to believe?

When it comes to the current situation, no doubt, there’s a big division.

Much of it is political.

I do not concern myself with politics, as I believe both sides are far from perfect.

What I care about is a fair discussion around the health concerns, so that we can all have a chance at making appropriate decisions.

Unfortunately, this hasn’t been the case…

Furthermore, what has transpired over the past few weeks isn’t the first time I’ve seen this happen.

What it all leads back to is…

Who do you trust?

Everywhere you turn, there’s another “expert” sounding off about what we should, or should not be doing…

I understand why someone may be swayed by a talking head they see on their favorite news channel.

No judgment here…

I’ve fallen victim to it as well.

But my goal is to help you navigate through the ever-thickening pile of you know what…

Recently, I shared some irrefutable evidence about the conspiracy to wipe the chiropractic profession off the map.

Because of that, I’ve been trained to look a little further upstream…

The news clips sharing statistics, the headlines promising cures, the “new research”…

I give it all a very close look…

We have been taught to accept science as the truth.

And I agree, the empirical model, in theory, is the best way to do that…

However, the paradox is that humans (prone to bias, opinion, and influence) are the ones producing the science.

Therefore, science is rarely as beautiful and true as we’d like to believe.

Especially, when it comes to health.

It has been said that medicine is more religion and dogma than science.

I don’t disagree.

And this is important to understand, because when you hear any talking head spouting off about health and the “science”…

Always look deeper.

Because of my experience with chiropractic…

[convertkit form=1374123]

I’ve got a head start on weeding out the garbage…

The most important thing to do with health is step back from the “experts” and think critically for yourself…

Just because it was found in a medical journal, does not mean it’s true.

GASP!  How dare you say that Dr. Matt!

Hold on…

Science and data get manipulated, all…the…time.

And this isn’t new…

If you’ve been to my Prime Nutrition Seminar

I talk about the study Harvard did in the 1960s that was later proven to be full of corruption and deceit…

Harvard scientists were paid off by the sugar industry to conduct research showing a link between heart disease and saturated fat (research that was later reversed and shown to not be true).

In modern times, we still see this corruption taking place.

Unfortunately, the general population is unaware that it exists.

I tell you from experience, it’s hard to always look deeper…

To always follow the money…

It’s much easier to just go along with what you’re told…

For example, if someone talks about scientific research done by a non-profit, foundation, association…

Or, a prestigious university we automatically accept it as truth…

Be very cautious…

Smart people understand we think this way.

It’s called Authority Bias.

We are prone to believing anything if it comes from a person or institution we accept as high-ranking in our society.

Marketing 101.

Please understand…

Just because an organization is a non-profit or foundation, that does not mean they’re against filling their pockets and making boatloads of cash…

A prestigious university will still accept gifts or donations from people/institutions looking to push an agenda…

An expert, doctor, or philanthropist still have their own financial interests in mind…

So, who do I trust?

I trust those who are doing self-funded research or independent research.

As soon as another group, person, industry funds the research, the results change.

Why?

Because the scientist wants to keep their funding and income, so they will produce the desired outcome.

At this point in my life, I consider myself highly-qualified in uncovering b.s.

There’s a lot going on right now.

Keep your eyes peeled, think critically, and follow the money.
