As the stay-at-home orders continue, billions are stuck inside.
This has led to increased states of stress, make-shift desks made out of the kitchen table, extra workload for parents who are moonlighting as teachers, etc.
With all the added pressures, little escape is offered.
There are no more sports, gyms aren’t open, nor are the restaurants.
To make matters worse, because of the abnormal situation, most people aren’t moving their bodies enough.
As a result, they’re beginning to develop pain and other symptoms that weren’t present before.
Neck pain, back pain, headaches are becoming more prevalent because of the abnormal amount of stress compared to the number of actions steps taken to reduce it.
In America, we have always struggled to address our health preventatively, not to mention when there is a health crisis.
And times like these make this issue even more apparent.
In the past, these same people would be traveling to their chiropractors to help improve the motion and function of their spines.
Unfortunately, that just isn’t possible given our current state.
To help those looking for a solution in the meantime, I have created a video to help those dying to get to their chiropractor but can’t.
It’s called: 4 exercises when you can’t see your chiropractor.
The beauty is you don’t need a gym or any special equipment.
All that’s needed is some open space and for you to take action.
Your spine is such an important factor in health because it protects your nervous system.
Any deterioration or damage to your spine ultimately affects the function of your nerves and the rest of the body.
To avoid that scenario, it’s important to constantly maintain and work to improve the structure of your spine.
Instead of sitting on the couch tonight and binging Netflix, get on the floor and do these exercises while you watch your shows. 😉
None of these are challenging.
The goal is to keep your spine from deteriorating or breaking down too much until life resumes to normal.
So, use these 4 exercises when you can’t see your chiropractor.
